UX Strategy, Canadian Tire 

As a UX Strategist for Canadian Tire, I work directly with leadership to align desired business outcomes with user insights to plan desirable, achievable, and valuable solutions. Collaborate with researchers to gather insights about our users' goals, frustrations, and sentiments regarding our products and services. Combine user insights with business objectives to contribute to a practical UX roadmap, strategy, and overall product vision.

UX Team Lead, Canadian Tire Bank

My responsibilities included collaborating closely with management and department leads to align design initiatives with development release schedules partnering with designers and product owners to ensure that all requirements were met and that deliverables were consistently on schedule. Additionally, I conducted thorough peer reviews to uphold high standards of consistency and quality in our work.

UX Project Lead @ Canadian Tire Bank

Led a small team of designers and a researcher to redesign the ctfs.com website. I created and managed the project timeline, facilitating meetings with business owners to gather requirements and incorporate feedback. Working closely with our UX researcher, we incorporated user research and testing into our design process. I led peer reviews with designers to maintain high-quality standards and adherence to project requirements. Additionally, I collaborated with accessibility leads to ensure inclusive design practices and coordinated with the branding/marketing team to align the website's visual identity with the company's brand guidelines.
